Refund Policy – DomiNations At DomiNations, we build empires — and with that comes a responsibility to treat every player fairly, both on the battlefield and at the storefront. Whether you're investing in crown packs, speed-ups, premium upgrades, or seasonal content, your purchase should feel meaningful and reliable. While all transactions are considered final, we recognize that exceptional cases do arise — and we’re here to support you when they do. Refund Eligibility Refunds may be considered under the following conditions: You were charged for an item or bundle that was never delivered to your account. You experienced a confirmed billing error (e.g., double charge, mispriced item). You unintentionally made a duplicate purchase due to technical lag or connection issues. The content purchased was locked, glitched, or otherwise inaccessible despite a successful transaction. Each claim is reviewed carefully. You must report the issue promptly to be eligible for consideration. Non-Refundable Situations We do not provide refunds in these situations: You changed your mind after the purchase was completed. You expected different in-game outcomes or misunderstood what was included. You purchased progression-related items (like crowns or speed boosts) and then used them. Your dissatisfaction is based on gameplay balance, PvP outcomes, or competitive dynamics. Your account was compromised due to insecure credentials (we recommend linking to a secure platform). Because most of our content is consumable and delivered instantly, all standard transactions are non-refundable. Process for Requesting a Refund If you believe you're entitled to a refund, follow these steps: Gather your transaction ID, order receipt, and account name or Player ID. Provide a clear description of the issue — what you bought, what happened, and what outcome you’re requesting. Submit your request via the in-game Support option or the official help channel linked in the app. If your purchase was made through Google Play or the App Store, their terms and refund policies may apply and should be followed accordingly. Resolution & Timeline We aim to review all refund requests within several business days. If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method. In some cases, we may reverse the transaction by revoking in-game items or currency granted. Repeat refund requests, especially after content has been used, may be flagged for further review. Abuse of refund claims may result in restrictions on future purchases or temporary suspension of account activity.
